This lovely villa is in the residential area of Pampelonne and is few minutes away from Saint-Tropez. The villa is only 100 m to the nearest beach and is close to the very popular Club 55, which has spectacular sea views. The property is situated in a Very calm and scenic spot with views of the ocean, and is surrounded by tranquil gardens that lead to the pool, which is equipped with deck chairs and a small pool house.

Ground floor:

The main Hall, bathroom and dressingroom, large living room, dining room.  In the first wing Is: the kitchen (equipped with cook).

Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom and dressingroom with french doors that open on to swimming pool.  Bedroom  2 with ensuite bathroom and leads out onto a patio with a  fountain.  In the Western wing: bedroom 3 the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, dressingroom and terrace opening  on to the garden, the swimming pool and the sea.Bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom also facing  the swimming pool and the sea.Bedroom 5 with ensuite bathroom and terrace. 

Second floor:

Bedroom 6 with ensuite bathroom, dressingroom  and terrace.     The Living room, dining room,  all rooms air-conditioned.   

Garden: 

The garden is entirely lit during the evening, the lawn is very neatly groomed and has Thousand-year-old olive-trees and fields of lavender. It has a variety of different plants including jasmine and rosemary, a typical Provence style garden. There is also a table tennis table.    

Pool house: 

Bar, summer kitchen, living room and dining room under a pergola.    Jacuzzi:   Bubbles and massage jets for 4 people. There is a 3 car garage and a large basement with a washing machine and dryer.
