Thank you for considering to list your villa with Villa Getaways Ltd. We will list your villa on our website free of charge. We receive thousands of visitors to our site each week, all of whom are looking for luxury accommodation to rent. We can offer our clients the options of checking your villa's availability and booking online. In order to attract clients to your villa we need a FULL AND COMPLETE description of the villa, CLEAR and REVEALING pictures of the villa(inside and outside) and the surroundings. You will also need to send us via email or post, some pictures of the villa so we can view them and decide if we will accept your villa. If your villa is accepted we will require you to send us original photographs in the mail so we can scan and format them to suit the requirements of our site, or send us images via email sized to the specifications we require. You will be expected to keep us up-to-date with the availability of the villa as the availability changes. The more accurate and complete your information (decriptions and photo's)
and availability are, the more likely you are to rent your property. We will provide you with a user name and password that will allow you access to your villa online and give you the facility to update your villa's availability. Villa Getaways Ltd. works on a commission basis. The exact amount of commission will be finalized prior to your villa being added to our site.

or search for a villa. You will be presented with 4 search options.

1. Simple search

Choose a country, then a region and click on the go button.
You will be taken to the appropriate country page.

2. Search by map

Click on Search by Map. Roll the mouse pointer over your
destination country and then click. You will be taken to the
appropriate country page.

3. Detailed Search

Choose a country, and then refine your search by selecting
other villa features you require from the drop down list boxes.
The search button will take you to the results page.

4. Search by Villa Number

Enter the ID number of the villa you are searching for and click
the go button. Takes you directly to the villa page.

1. Click on the List a Villa button

Roll over and click on the List a Villa button amongst the Global
navigation buttons in the top right corner of your page.

2. Read the terms for listing your villa with us

When you are ready to proceed click on the Villa Listing Form
button at the bottom of the page.

3. Complete the Villa Listing form

Fill in your villa and personal details then click on the submit
button. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your
villa listing.
