Situated majestically on the hillside, this luxuriously appointed villa has spectacular views over Bang Tao Bay and the Andaman Sea. Designed for holiday fun, the villa is equipped with media players and a Sonos music system throughout, a stunning infinity-edge swimming pool and an upper-level rooftop party area.

Access is from a private uphill road with garaging for 2 vehicles and the entrance leads past an overflow waterfall wall to the upper end of the stairway where you find the main floor with open plan living and comfy couches, large-screen LCD TV, indoor kitchen and bar area, outdoor kitchen and service area and dining room for 12 guests. The delightful infinity-edge swimming pool wraps around the living area and shade covered balcony with an outdoor dining table.

Beyond the living room is a stairway to the upper level which contains the master bedroom suite and three guest bedrooms all with private ensuite bathrooms, large wardrobes, safes, TV’s and Sonos music system. Another stairway leads to the rooftop party area which is equally divided into a garden and patio. This provides a perfect place to relax in the sun and comes with an outdoor shower and complete bathroom.

For full entertainment, the villa has state of the art Sonos audio network system throughout and all four bedrooms offer high definition movies with a huge storage of songs and movies to choose from. Guests can independently play their own choice of media, compose playlists or attach their iPod to a client system to play individually or throughout the villa.

Bedrooms - The spacious master bedroom has wide floor-to-ceiling windows to frame the picturesque views over the stainless steel balcony. The view extends into the master ensuite bathroom which features a spa bathtub, double shower and washbasin. The spacious wardrobe area between has a safe deposit box.

All eight guest bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies and views. Their ensuite bathrooms come with showers and wardrobes with safes. All bedrooms have a 42" LCD TV with international channels, a media player to watch an array of HD movies and a Sonos music system

Living Areas

The living quarters which are located on the ground floor, boast an expansive open plan living "grand" room with a spectacular 180-degree view of Bangtao. There is a comfortable seating area facing the infinity-edge swimming pool and ocean view through 15 meters of bi-folding floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide completely open allowing abundant fresh air to flow through and providing a true indoor/outdoor feel. Another seating area faces the 55" LCD HDTV with international channels and HD movies.

Integrated into the living area is the main kitchen with the latest modern stainless steel equipment and breakfast bar with stools. There is also an attached, fully equipped, outside kitchen and staff area which allows for the living area to remain private even while staff are preparing meals or cleaning up.

The spacious dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows opens to the expansive shade-covered balcony, offering both indoor and outdoor dining of your choice. Indoors there is a large 12-seater dining table with the same view as the living room through floor-to-ceiling windows. There are two balconies off the main dining room, one is on the infinity poolside and the other offers outdoor dining for 12 and plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the view. The dining area has its own audio system connected to the central server.

There is a multipurpose spa room which can be used as a massage room or converted to extra sleeping quarters for extra guests if required.
