Australia
Wildlife
The Australian continent is a land like no other. Its animals have evolved over millennia, and more than 80 per cent of the country’s mammals, reptiles, frogs, fish and birds are unique to Australia.
Australia’s unique wildlife draws the attention of many tourists every year. It has become a ‘must do’ to see kangaroos, crocodiles, wombats, echidnas, snakes, Tasmanian devils, emus, platypuses, dingoes and in one of the countries many wildlife parks or zoos. The highlight for many tourists is having a photo taken with a cuddly koala!
