4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Modern, stylish waterfront property located within walking distance to Surfers Paridise, golf club, Gold coast racecourse, shops, supermarket are under 3km to the beautiful gold coast beaches. In quiet col-de-sac street with secure parking for 4 cars.

As a rule Villa 51100 only takes family groups. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. Villa 51100 do not take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.

Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

• NO GARAGE access. There is plenty of off street parking behind locked gate for security for 4 cars one undercover
• BBQ must be cleaned or guests will be charged $50
• Loss off remote control will be $150 replacement charge.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval. A $30 a night fee applies pet pet maximum of 2 pets
• $2,000 refundbale secuirty deposit
