This spacious five-bedroom luxury home is situated right on the canal in one of the most sought after location in Noosa. This private abode is just minutes from Hastings street restaurants, boutiques and the famous main beach. The home is ideal for anyone wanting a luxury retreat in the center of Noosa.

The home features a heated pool, air conditioning throughout, state of the art sound and entertainment systems and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, equipped with all the mod cons.

The house is spread over two levels, the downstairs features an open plan living area complete with a spacious dining area, gas fireplace and dedicated bar area with its own wine fridge, ideal for entertaining. Outdoors you’ll find an area for relaxing surrounding a beautiful water feature along with comfortable outdoor seating, this space is accessed via the living room. There is also a laundry and full bathroom along with a private study located on the lower level.

The master bedroom is situated on the lower level and boasts a king-size bed, luxury linens, a chic ensuite bathroom equipped with a large bathtub and shower. The upper-level houses the other four bedrooms, the configuration is as follows; 3 king-size beds (one of these can be split into 2 single beds with notice before your stay) and one room which has two king single beds. One of the two bathrooms is situated between each bedroom. Two of these bedrooms can be configured as ensuites as well. The upper floor also has a comfortable living area with media facilities, a bar, a kitchenette and a private deck with water views.
