The pair of Four-Bedroom Villas, provide complete flexibility for smaller and larger groups of travellers. Book one villa with 4 rooms or two villas with 8 rooms, our internal courtyard is designed to provide both privacy and or connectivity.

The villas provide a highly unique offering in Sri Lanka, with a dedicated manager and butler service, a dedicated chef to cater to your needs, full hotel room service, choice of food and beverage from the hotel menu, laundry and in-house service from the estate spa, with the full support of the hotel management.

Each villa includes 2 Courtyard Rooms, with garden courtyards and outdoor showers suitable for all including couples and families with young children; and 2 Ocean View Rooms with exquisitely detailed spaces, which seamlessly connecting the sky, ocean, and sand to the room.

Our 4 bedroom villa sleeps 8 to 10 adults. Our combined villas sleep up to 20 people and are ideal for family and friends on vacation, or for functions and special occasions. Please enquire with us further on children and sleeping arrangements.

Accommodation

Recycled Burmese teak furniture crafted in Sri Lanka, lofted ceilings, polished cement floors, well appointed spaces and simple clean lines. Our rooms are spacious and uncluttered.

Spacious air conditioned rooms with lofted ceilings, ceiling fans and King Size Beds (or 2 Super Singles in our courtyard room) with high quality Egyptian cotton linen that will encourage you to sleep in well past sunrise. Choose a pillow from our pillow menu to help you feel even more at home.

Rain showers and hand showers in all bathrooms with central solar hot water and pressure pumps to ensure your shower is lengthy and memorable.

Spend your days reading and sleeping whilst listening to the waves, and relaxing to the turquoise waters and lush garden sounds whilst soaking up the sun and sea breezes on our hammocks.

Enjoy our in room sound system, 42” or 50” HD-LCD TV & full cable TV with complimentary high speed WI-Fi.

A safe box, kettles, tea and coffee plungers with fresh tea leaf and ground coffee, and a select range of natural locally produced creams and lotions.

We strive to reduce packaging and wastage and have excluded any unnecessary packaged items from your rooms, such as shaving kits and tooth brushes. If you do need anything, our staff will cater to your needs.

Ocean View Rooms

• Our stunning first floor oceanfront suite has panoramic views of the turquoise ocean waters, vista down the beach and surrounding landscape. Intimately designed with good visibility of the pool and grounds.
• Light and breezy, our ocean suite is ideal for couples and families with young children, with large sliding doors that turn that open the room to the pool and beach beyond.
• The 450-sft room has ample space with bedroom spaces separated with recycled timber and fabric screens.
• All our rooms are finished to the highest quality, with the highest quality linen, AC, fans, Wifi, 42” TV & cable, boutique soaps and shampoos, high pressure rain showers, day beds and more.

Location

20 minutes from the Matara exit, located on the Kamburugamuwa Beach, a short drive to Welligama Bay, Mirissa Beach, Matara Fort Town and the Southernmost tip of Sri Lanka Dondra Head, on what is arguably the best stretch of beach on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka. We are perfectly located and easily accessible via the Coastal road and Southern highway, just 90 minutes from Colombo’s Bandaranaike and Hambantota International Airports, and Colombo.
