This beautiful villa on the estate of Belle Rivière in the South of Mauritius offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a big swimming pool and direct access to the neighbouring 5* hotel, thus giving you access to some of the hotel’s facilities, such as the beach, spa, restaurants.

Each villa is independent, surrounded by a big tropical garden and the beach is stunning. You can access the beach via a 200 m long, private pathway. A golf cart belonging to the villa is available for your transport on site.

The villa  is located in the beautiful Belle Rivière estate includes 30 villas, between the two small villages of Bel-Ombre and Chemin-Grenier in the South of Mauritius.

Being on the same property as a 5* hotel, this superb house with sea view, also offers its guests the possibility to have access to some of the hotel's facilities such as the beach, the restaurant and the Spa.

• The villa offers six beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (five with double beds and one with two single beds) and five bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodating ten adults and two children.

• The property has a beautiful tropical garden of 3,000 square metres.
• Guests can also enjoy the pool and the large terrace surrounding it, with a cosy seating area.
• Access to the beach is only 200 metres from the house and a golf cart is available for guests to easily move between the beach, the hotel and the villa.
