Villa 4514 is a 10 bedroom Villa located in Bang Tao area along the West coast of Phuket and only minutes to the beautiful Surin Beach.

It is designed for luxury living in a peaceful environment. It is ideal for families, couples, corporate social functions, birthday, bachelor and bachelorette parties, weddings and other special events for your exclusive use.

The villa is ideal for large groups of 9-26 people. Boasting 10 bedrooms and plenty of extra bedding. It  is your home away from home, awarding you with the privacy to enjoy time with your family and friends in your exclusive luxury villa.

As soon as you step foot in the Villa you are encased by the feeling of space and freedom, created by the contemporary open plan design of the Villa that boasts panoramic sea, forest and valley view’s to be enjoyed.

On the top level you have the choice of alfresco living with all the glass doors open, creating one great indoor / outdoor space. Or if this is not your preference, you may opt to close the glass doors and enjoy the unobstructed views in the comfort of air-conditioning.

Villa 4514 has many places to entertain or simply relax. The stunning blue 13 meter infinity pool invites you to take a dip, swim some laps, gaze from the edge overlooking tropical hillside or simply just sit back and relax in the pools Jacuzzi. The expansive pool area with surrounding views is equipped with many sun beds and provides the perfect spot to dry off from your swim, read a book and top up your tan.

If you don’t feel like relaxing by the pool, there is always the air-conditioned Cinema room to watch a movie or your favourite sports game on the life size big screen (3+ meters wide) in ‘gold class’ movie style.

Or maybe it is the Man Cave that takes your fancy featuring a Bar (BYO) / Pool Table / Dart Board and disco dance floor. Or you may elect to have a work out to maintain your exercise regime.

Bedroom

The villa can easily accommodate a large group for up to 26 people.

• 8 King bedrooms all with private ensuites  Each room has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, wifi, cable TV with vast movie library and private balconies with either sea views or tropical forest views.
• 9th bedroom has a double bed
• 10th Bedroom has 4 bunk beds.
• There are also 6 single beds and  2 cots

Services

The villa offers a full range of services to ensure your stay is comfortable,  relaxing and your surroundings are clean and maintained. The Villa Staff include a Villa Manager, a concierge service, 2 Housekeepers and two Thai Chef to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one.

​The Chefs specialize in Thai and Western cuisne and  will cook 2 main meals a day. You choose between Breakfast and Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch or Lunch and Dinner - you just pay for the groceries (please note there is a 15% surcharge on the groceries).

The Villa Manager can assist you with your daily inquiries and any organization of activities. The housekeepers are there to ensure that you have clean surroundings during your stay.

Airport Transfers to and from the Villa are included in the price (maximum of one 10 seater mini van return trip for each Villa booking. If there are multiple flights within the group, extra transport costs will apply)

The villa lends itself to a large open space with sweeping views of the Andaman Sea, the local village and hillside forest, which is a perfect backdrop for any social group or corporate event get-a-way. It could be that you just require the villa and its 10 bedrooms for your group's exclusive and private use. However, it maybe that in conjunction with the accommodation you would like a boutique and exclusive  wedding organized for you and your guests, or it could be a golf or fishing group awards night or executives weekend away!

Whatever the occasion, the top level of the Villa can cater for cocktail style events for you and your guests for 50-100 people. We can put you in touch with a local events coordinator to make it spectacular and hassle free. We also have access to a network of Villa's within walking distance to assist with greater numbers requiring accommodation.
