Villa 1410 in Antiparos, Greece

Villa 1410 is a sanctuary on the small Aegean island of Antiparos.

The Villa is part of a two-villa complex and positioned on a tranquil and relatively secluded peninsula in the south of the island of Antiparos.

Set within its own grounds and with incredibly designed gardens, the Villa is completely private and an ideal place to un-wind, relax and enjoy nature with family and friends.

The Villa is new and its size is about 200 square meters. The main house has two double bedrooms, one family room and one single bedroom all with en-suite shower rooms. The separate guest house has a double bedroom and two single beds, a shower room and a kitchenette with a sitting area.

It is very elegantly decorated, comfortable, fully air-conditioned and has a fully functioning kitchen. There is a south facing terrace that runs the length of the Villa, which has ample shaded sitting and eating areas. There is a shared swimming pool, private with ample sitting area.

The Villa is located on the southern-most peninsula of Antiparos. The peninsula has been designated as "an area of outstanding natural beauty". The actual Villa is well positioned on a small hill overlooking the Aegean Sea and therefore enjoys panoramic views. To the north and north east there are uninterrupted views across the sea channel between Paros and Antiparos. To the east and south there are views of nearby islands: Naxos, Ios, Iraklia, Schinousa and Folegandros. Immediately, behind the Villa is a hill, which can be easily climbed and affords commanding westerly views towards the uninhabited island of Despotico and beyond to the islands of Serifos and Sifnos.

The peninsula is one of the most tranquil spots on the island. It has many small coves, which are all within easy walking distance and suitable for swimming. There are two small beaches just below the Villa that are accessible through a private path.
