Paros Villa 1432

Villa 1432 is a dream of chic and airy whiteness, in a quiet and unspoilt area above Farangas beach and surrounded by 60,000m2 of protected "Natura" designated area of outstanding beauty.

Farangas is one of Paros' nicest beaches with a sheltered location, a small sandy cove with a little anchorage nearby for fishing boats, a good taverna and golden sand, great for children.The house is located in a peaceful setting with uninterrupted views across to Antiparos and no close neighbors nearby. A really great location considered to be the area to watch on Paros, as the glitterati spill over from Antiparos is search of more space and variety.

The villa is built in traditional Cycladic style with whitewashed cubic blocks designed over two floors; an upper floor (pool level) and a lower floor. A wonderful L-shaped infinity pool commands panoramic views and a spacious, shaded pergola offers an outdoor living area  with a mobile BBQ also a large sofas and coffee tables. The six bedroom house offers an extremely spacious and comfortable living, up to fifteen guests can be accommodated on request if the sofa beds are used in the lower guest suites. The kitchen is in a separate area behind the main house, thus ensuring clients' privacy.

• Guest suite 5: located at lower level, 50 sqm, twin bed, kitchenette, dining table for four, shower-room, and living room with a built-in single sofa bed and one couch
• Guest suite 6: located at lower level, 50 sqm divided into two rooms. One twin bed with shower room and the other with kitchenette, dining table for 4 and two built in couches that could be used for “beds” for two young children.

Services

• Meet & Greet service
• Daily cleaning (6 days a week for 6-8 hours) by live-in couple who prepare and serve breakfast, and can baby-sit for a tip. Their hours are 8.30 till 14.00, and then 18:00 till 21:00.
• Washing & ironing of personal items twice a week is included in the peak season rate. For more than twice a week there is an extra charge of €15 for washing and €15 for ironing per load. For hand washing €8 per item, up to 10 items.
• Change of linen/towels twice per week.
• Pool cleaning and gardener twice a week.

• A 5 minute drive away is the cute port of Aliki, with its picturesque little restaurants, which has kept the character of a 1980's Greek fishing village.
