Located on Praslin, one of the most endearing islands of the Seychelles, Villa 119 nests behind the waving fronds of the coconut tree-line at Grand Anse, amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, only a few meters from the beach.

The Villa

This deluxe 2-bedroomed villa is a small but spacious two-storey, self catering bungalow. The villa offers a magnificent seaview from the first floor balcony and direct access to the beach. Each en-suite bedroom is separate from the living area, providing a comfortable relaxed atmosphere perfect for family or friends travelling together.

On the first floor; master bedroom with king-sized bed, sitting area with 1 double & 1 single sofa-bed, flat-screen cable TV, en-suite bathroom with corner bath tub, sea-view balcony with table, chairs and sun-loungers. On the groundfloor; double room, en-suite bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, terrace with deck chairs. Other facilities include garden with direct access to the beach, open-air Jacuzzi and outdoor shower.

Location

The Villas are located along the stretch of beach known as Grand Anse, just a two-minute drive from the Praslin airport or a 15-minute drive from the main Praslin jetty.

Praslin itself lies some 30 km from the main island of Mahé, the international gateway to Seychelles. Praslin is accessible from Mahé by a 15-minute flight, or a one-hour sea transfer via catamaran.

The villas allow guests to enjoy the charms of Praslin and its neighbouring satellite islands at their own leisurely place. You may wish to simply enjoy the comfortable confines of the villa during lazy days by the beach, but the Villas are conveniently situated for guests to explore the rest of Praslin and its myriad attractions.
