The Villa is situated at Anse Kerlan on the North West coast of Praslin island, the second largest island of the Seychelles.  Praslin is home to the UNESCO heritage site, the Vallee de Mai, within 7 km.

Grocery & souvenir shops within a few minutes' walk of the property . Restaurants in the area range from 5 star dining to typical Creole restaurants and take-away outlets.

Bus stops are located close to the entrance of property.

The property leads to a small beach which enjoys stunning sunsets, less than a minute's walk from the villas

Praslin's renowned beaches of Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio are within easy access.

• The master bathroom has a stunning eggshell bath as well as a walk- in rain shower area, twin basins & enclosed toilet.

• Bed 1 & 2 are sea facing with sliding doors with direct access to the patio and pool deck.
• Bed 3 is garden facing with sliding door to a deck veranda.
