  • Collection of Balinese and Indonesian art that adorns this 35 metre hall of beautifully laid stonework which is enhanced by the gardens attempting to invade this special space.

  • Upon entering the Foyer and Living Room, one almost misses the wonderfully laid out area as you can hear an audible gasp as guests gain their first look at the open view expanding the entire 20 metre width of the Living and Dining Rooms to the gardens and ocean beyond.
  • The custom made contemporary furniture forms the centre of an area that will quickly become the hub of all social activity along with the bar area of course, or maybe the Pool area too!

Location

• It is located in the quiet village of Kutuh on the Bukit area of Bali, adjacent to Jimbaran and only 25 minutes from the airport.
• With views that stretch from the eastern sunrise, to the magnificent Indian Ocean directly in front to the sunsets of the south west, this idyllic location is perfectly located.
• Golfers are spoilt for choice with 3 amazing courses within 15 minute, one is only 5 minutes away.
• Surfers and beach lovers are also catered to with Pandawa Beach (Secret beach) directly below the property. A world class surf break is located here as well as the famous Geger, Dreamland, Pandang Padang , Suluban Beaches which are only 10-15 minutes' drive away.

SPECIAL NOTE;

• Construction work is processing on the adjacent plot of land 40m to the east of our villa.
• As we don’t have any control over when the construction starts or finishes and how loud it is, we are offering a significant discount off of our existing rates with full understanding of the guests that there is and will be some noise disturbance.
• Villa has a wonderful sound system that helps to drown out some of the noise.
