Overlooking views of idyllic rice fields and spectacular sunsets, this dreamy property is the perfect setting for an unforgettable Bali holiday. Step inside and be wowed by a huge central atrium. The lofty and airy open-plan living and dining space is bordered by a verdant lawn and two poolside bedrooms.

Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the breeze blowing through the palm fronds. Cantilevered steps leading up to the beautiful rooms on the second storey, which include the stunning master suite that comes with an impressive ensuite bathroom and connects to its own outdoor deck and glass-base plunge pool. The twin rooms on the same floor are perfect for kids, siblings or a group of friends, and are connected by a shared bathroom and media den.

When you’re in the villa, rest and recreation are all you need to know. Relax poolside in the utterly comfortable sunken lounge, complete with barbeque grill. Crack open a bottle of wine in the stylish bar, binge-watch a Netflix TV series wherever you feel like lounging at. Then salute the sun with a yoga session or sweat it out at the rooftop gym.

• Capacity: Villa is designed to comfortably host a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
• Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping and services by villa team (Villa manager, butlers, maintenance, gardener and securities).
• Living Areas: The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space. The living area, on the other hand, provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor. There is an outdoor living area with a mini bar, ceiling fans, a BBQ facility, and a roofed al-fresco sitting area by the pool.
• Pool: Pool 1 measures 17m x 6m x 1.6m, and Pool 2 measures 7.5m x 5m x 0.9m, both are chlorinated pools; Pool 1 has a shallow end for kids; the pools are set to normal temperature; there are six lounge chairs and 2 pool umbrellas; pool towels are provided.
• Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.
• Kitchen: Equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, microwave, freezer, minibar, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and wine glasses.
• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area features a rectangular table that seats 10 guests and a kitchen bar with seating for 5 guests.
• Wellness: The villa features an open area on the rooftop for gym facilities. Yoga mats and massage beds are available, and additional yoga lessons can be provided upon request (extra charge).
• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated entertainment room equipped with a 64-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Sonos sound system. Along with a selection of books and board games.
• Parking: Sufficient parking space available for one car and 2 motorbikes.
