Villa 4408 is a  5 bedroom superior mountain top villa amongst the picturesque hills of Bo Phut that offers a stylish standard of living with stunning panoramic sea views. If you would prefer 6 bedrooms, then there is a 6th bedroom available to rent at an additional cost, the 6th bedroom does not have an en-suite but there is an adjacent shower room. Put your feet up on a spacious and beautifully decorated terrace or take a dip in the 25 metre infinity pool surrounded by views from Koh Samui's infested floral life over to the crystal waters and white sandy beaches of Koh Phangan.

The villa was designed by a renowned Hong Kong based architect  to create the ideal open plan lifestyle whilst maintaining a high level of privacy. Being directly located at the hills crest and gated off from public access gives guests the chance to loosen up and experience purely undisturbed relaxation far from the hustle and bustle of busy streets.

A Stunning array of tropical garden life can be seen flourishing throughout the villa which is complimented  by two waterfalls one at the side the other at the rear.

All 5 bedrooms have been appointed with luxury king-size beds, Air conditioning, safes, mini fridges and finished with chic Thai ornaments and artworks. Stunning en-suites feature free flowing rain showers and polished stainless steel fixtures.

A spacious Kitchen area together with wine chiller, granite worktops, island, hob, oven and double basin sink complementing a dining area with a beautiful large teak wooden dining table (Comfortably accommodating up to twelve persons), enlightened by a glamorous crystal chandelier which is the centre piece of the room makes it ideal for private entertaining. The mountain side entertainment sala provides the possibility to cater for a further 10 persons and is accompanied by a state of the art surround sound system, wine chiller, fridge and electric cook tops. In addition there is a digital mood lighting system throughout the living areas so you can set the scene of your choice.

• Located in Bophut, 5 minutes from the beaches and restaurants of Fishermans Village and 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Villa Rates

• There is a 6th bedroom available for rent at an additional USD 75++ per night (no en suite but at adjacent shower room)
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights over Christmas and New Year and 5 nights in Prime Season)
• A full-time Thai cook with food costs on guests account
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 10  Guests (including children).
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax
• Airport transfer are complimentary  one trip each way for up to 7 passengers in a private mini-bus or addititional transfers are USD 25 each way
• Baby cot provided free of charge
