About the property

This beautiful four bedroom dream villa is located in Kapalua one of the most exclusive areas on Maui. The villa overlooks a golf course and has sweeping panoramic views across the fairways to the Pacific Ocean.

Outside there are three separate patios and a large tiled terrace that surrounds the swimming pool, retreat to the cushioned chaise longue area to bask in the sun after the refreshing dip in the pool.  If you wish to dine outside there a large dining table perfect for enjoying dinner as you watch the sunset.

Most of the indoor living spaces have panoramic views, the open plan living room has living and dining areas with expansive high ceilings which makes the area light and airy. The living room boasts a soft sofa and armchairs with tasteful floral accents which face the large TV.  The modern state of the art kitchen features luxury appliances, stone surfaces and a breakfast bar.

The four bedrooms are decorated with fine linens, stylish furniture and each one has fantastic ocean views. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
