The expansive central living pavilion opens effortlessly through full-height accordion doors to a lush tropical garden, where four separate pavilions provide serene retreats for families and couples alike, each offering the perfect balance of privacy and connection.
The huge block is home to three towering pine trees around which the house was designed.
As you hear the kookaburras and the ocean from your bedroom you’ll be immersed in the perfect combination of Australian bush, beach, and five-star Byron Bay luxury accommodation.
The House
- Generous shared spaces invite everyone to come together, while the gardens, shaded verandahs, and pools create an atmosphere of relaxed indulgence.
- A shallow 30cm reflection pool—ideal for toddlers or lounging adults—features reading bays set into the steps and cascades into a 20-metre heated lap pool.
- Golden sandstone decks with sun loungers and oversized umbrellas frame the water
- The kitchen and dining area overlook the scene through glass safety panels that perfect for keeping an eye on children as they play.
- Inside, the home is elegantly appointed with designer furnishings, including a plush six-metre lounge and a sumptuous daybed on the main suite’s private verandah.
- At night, fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf drifting in from just beyond the dunes.
- A sandy path leads directly to one of the world’s top 100 right-hand point breaks, with calm, protected swimming at the southern end of the beach.

- Garden ceremonies are held 20m from the Honeymoon Suite in a lush, manicured setting.
- We have a capacity of 70 capacity reception with casual seating for 50 guests at a time
- Curfew for non-staying guests 9pm.
- To hold a reception there is a four night minimum stay (three nights midweek)
- A reception fee that covers infrastructure like marquee, seating for 50, gate attendant, 5 standing bars and stools, arbour, beach ceremony seating and permit, signing table and chairs, bar, wet weather sail when required, public liability insurance and rubbish removal.
- Wedding after-party and celebrate until the early hours.
- Catering must be arranged through Byron bay Weddings.
Location
- Located in Broken Head, this holiday home is next to a golf course and on the beach.
- The stretch of beach to the immediate south of the Byron Bay Lighthouse ends at its south point
- Byron Community Market and Bangalow Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda
- Experience the area's natural beauty can explore Wategos Beach and Broken Head Nature Reserve
- Mostly untouched rainforest, Broken Head is a magical spot positioned only a few minutes from the heart of Byron Bay and boasts a beach with a legendary point break
- Dolphins and whales are a common sight in the ocean out front.
- Two of the most deserted and beautiful beaches in the shire, Brays and Kings, are found by walking up Seven Mile Beach road and down tracks through the rainforest. The road begins right outside our front gate.
