This Luxurious Island Villa of seclusion upstream from world renowned Noosa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Luxuriously accommodating up to 22 castaways, The island offers a unique fusion of luxury, nature and authentic Balinese design creating an idyllic place to escape and unwind.

Complete with its own riverboat to transfer guests, the 25 acre heart shaped island has a substantial two-storey open aired Balinese wantilan for relaxing or gathering of friends and family, 500,000 litre lagoon pool, a full sized tennis court and pavillion, spa facilities, theatre, office facilities and an expansive indoor bar designed for entertaining on a grand scale.

Gardens and indoor decor include giant sculptures, teak, granite and stone finishes, volcanic boulder bathtubs, ornamental lighting and antiquities and furniture commissioned and acquired in Bali, Java and elsewhere throughout Indonesia.

The beauty of the island experience lies in the opportunity to explore as much or as little as you desire and our team will ensure the island’s facilities and activities are available any time for you to enjoy at your leisure.

For something energetic, take out one of our 3 Hobie Cats or paddle around the Island in one of our 4 kayaks. Life jackets are provided and if tempted the island circumnavigation will take you around an hour.  If tennis is your thing, you can play any time of the day or under night lights. All equipment is provided including a courtside esky of beverages as further incentive.

Enjoy dinner and cocktails in a secluded area of the river or lakes aboard our launch, affectionately known as the ‘aircraft carrier’ or take in an impressive sunset with a champagne cruise aboard our environmentally friendly river ferry, Hannah or for a faster pace our comfortable 175hp Brig 645 speed boat.

Watch a movie in the private theatre or for a unique open-air experience under the breathtaking southern stars we will convert the garden area to an outdoor cinema complete with popcorn and cosy lounges, using a commercial grade state of the art projection and sound system.

• The Great Barrier Reef is less than an hour away by charter flight, which can be arranged from the local Noosa airport
