The ground level has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has two king singles while bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a single top and double bottom. The fourth bedroom features a King bed and has its own ensuite and walk in robe. The retro ensuite holds a shower/bath and vanity with a separate toilet and basin.

The main living and dining area is roomy, light filled and homely. The bright dining room seats 8 and leads onto the main lounge room which features a Smart TV and sprawling modern lounge suite, perfect for curling up to at the end of the day. The sizable kitchen sits behind this space and is fully equipped for a large group with dishwasher, and all cooking facilities.

Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining 3 bedrooms and master suite. Three bedrooms sit side-by-side and each hold a queen bed, robe and are decorated with lovely coastal pieces. The villa is a quick 10-minute walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. You can also catch a local bus into town at a nearby bus stop on Noosa Parade. It’s also close to Quamby Place, which is home to some fantastic restaurants, including; Ricky’s, Rocksalt and Wasabi.
