Absolute waterfront resort style home, right on Catseye Beach.  Villa 5135 is a tropical oasis unique located on Hamilton Island.

Villa 5135 features 5 large bedrooms all with ensuites, TV, airconditioning and ceiling fans.  The master bath has an outdoor shower and large soaking tub.  There is a games room that doubles as an additional bedroom with queen size sofa bed and private ensuite.  Villa 5135 has its own spectacular 15 metre infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean (can be heated during the Winter months) plus a heated outdoor spa next to the pool.  There is a private pathway providing direct access into the ocean for a swim.

There is a very large indoor/outdoor living room complete with 60inch LCD TV and baby grand piano.  The gourmet kitchen and dining area is also indoor and outdoor for a true tropical experience.

There are magnificent uninterrupted views from all main living areas across Fitzalan Passage to Whitsunday Island and beyond.

Villa 5135 is the perfect tropical retreat for individuals or families looking for a luxurious and private getaway.  Accommodates up to 12 in complete luxury.  Please note that this Villa is not available for parties or functions.
