This Luxury 6 Bedroom residence overlooks Smiggin Holes in Perisher .Quick access to the slopes with the reassurance of privacy and security (electronic coded door access at all main entrances). The spacious top floor open-plan living areas are well-appointed, tastefully decorated and feature Sonis sound system throughout, press button open flame gas fireplaces, bar with ice machine, professional capsule coffee machine, wine and beer fridge, zip water tower for sparkling, hot and chilled waters, large fully-equipped professional kitchen with cool room, pantry and quality appliances, large breakfast bar and a despoke dining table with seating for twelve.

There are four (4) master suites on the top floor with king beds, all with en-suite bathrooms, TV’s, large built-in wardrobes and individual touch screen thermostats for custom heat control.
