Villa 51240 is a newly renovated home on a 100 acre farm, perfect for families both young and old and groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway in style. Unwind in a peaceful and tranquil environment feeling. The villa is a blend between great country living whilst still offering most of the comforts one would expect such as good Wi-Fi (NBN), air-conditioning, Sonos sound system, a kitchen to delight any chef and ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.

  • 5 minutes to Berry town & same lane as Jaspers Wedding Venue and is very quiet and peaceful at the end of a 1.5km dead end road.
  • Wi-fi + Sonos + Smart TV with Foxtel (all Fox channels but not free to air, must use smart TV apps).

Guests are right in the heart of the action, only 5 minutes from Berry, 15 minutes from the beach, 3km from Silos Winery and we share the lane with Jaspers Wedding Venue. A day at the beach (Gerroa, Gerringong or 7-mile) is easily followed by lunch at one of the South Coast’s amazing restaurants or cafes or enjoying a wine tasting before relaxing in your own private retreat.
