The House 51321 sits just inside the welcoming gates of The Farm and overlooks the manicured gardens and onwards across the paddocks and towering gum trees.

The spectacular view is complemented by a beautifully designed home, styled to deliver our guests all the grandeur of a traditional country homestead with the comfort of a boutique modern farmhouse.

The House

  • There are a range of areas to gather at the house in addition to two lounge rooms:
    • The Long Table, a vine-covered outdoor space;
    • The Verandah, an elegant undercover area which overlooks the property;
    • The Deck, a large outdoor undercover space which can be configured for dining, yoga or relaxing; and
    • The Cellar, a huge indoor multi-function space which can be set up for a banquet, lounging, working or craft.
  • Bedrooms
    • With accommodation for up to 18 guests
    • The house offers seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. Five have showers and one has a bath/shower.
    • All of the bedrooms have commercial quality beds and the kings can be configured into two singles if required.
    • Hotel quality linen is supplied and the beds will be made up for your group in preparation for your arrival.
  • Dining
    • The kitchen and scullery are well equipped for large groups with two ovens, two fridges, a freezer, two dishwashers, a microwave, an espresso machine and a variety of appliances.
    • It comes with crockery, cutlery, glassware and servingware to create a beautiful table setting for a special occasion, in addition to a vast array of vases, candelabras, lanterns and other decorator items.
    • There is also a large gas barbecue and fire pit.
  • The main living area
    • Has a huge open fireplace, which is set for you during the winter months, a games table and a large TV which is connected to the unlimited WiFi so you can stream your own music or movies, or pair it with your tablet or laptop.
    • Challenge friends to a game of pool or table tennis in our expansive Cellar room
  • Outdoor
    • The grounds are lovely to explore, the gardens beautiful and the resident chickens and mini horses happy to meet visitors.
    • Surrounded by manicured gardens and expansive rolling lawns
    • There is lots of space for the kids to ride their bikes and play in the grounds
    • Call the gang together for a round of croquet or backyard cricket, or take a blissful snooze under the shade of the pin oak trees

Things To Do

  • Berry Village: Winning the NSW Tourism Top Town Award for the last three years, Berry delivers the best of country meets coast. The town itself is a historical gem and boasts award-winning restaurants, sophisticated shopping and a wide range of activities.
  • Beaches: Enjoy a long relaxing beach walk , take a swim in the crystal clear water, or book a surf lesson from one of the local surf schools. Further north, just a few minutes drive, explore the calm inlet of Gerroa - perfect for small children or stand up paddle boarding. Then head up to the picturesque golden beach framed by grassy green clifftops at Gerringong’s
  • Book one of the most spectacular horse rides on the south coast and experience a sunrise horse ride along Seven Mile Beach
  • Wineries: Visit one of the many wineries and enjoy locally grown wines.
  • Golf: Gerringong Golf course is one of the most scenic. Or take a short 15min drive down to Shoalhaven Heads and play The Heads Golf Club - another coastal bushland course located on Seven Mile beach.
  • Local Market: The Berry Farmers’ Market is held every Thursday at the Berry Bowling Club on Queen Street between  2-5pm.  You’ll find a great range of fresh fruit and veggies, meat and seafood, dairy, baked goods and ready made meals.

  • A 20% surcharge for peak holiday periods
