The Penthouse

• Getting out of the lift, you enter the penthouse on level nine.
• Sunlight and the deep blue of the harbour dominate your view immediately, but if you turn the corner you find two bedrooms, each with a built-in robe and one with an en-suite.
• Moving towards the full-length windows and balcony, you enter a communal living area featuring a partially separated state-of-the-art kitchen, spacious lounge and study/TV room.
• The whole space is positively bathed in light, both from the balcony and from north-facing windows with a wide view of the opposite shore.
• That’s only the very beginning, though. A flight of stairs takes you up to the most breath-taking part of the house – a whole level given over to the master bedroom and terrace.
