The house is a northerly facing waterfront property, with views looking directly across Quakers Hat bay toward the National Park with direct easy access to the water. It is possible to anchor or moore a boat nearby due to the deep waterfront access to the house. There are views from most locations within the house.
10 minutes from the City and 5 minutes from Balmoral Beach. Manly beach is 15 minutes away Buses run close by and ferries are a 7 minute drive away. The property is 25 minutes from Sydney Airport. Many bush walks are close by. There is also a public golf course and tennis facilities 6 minutes away.
As one enters the property a feeling of tranquility and peace is experienced which is possibly in part due to the fang shun master that consulted during the properties construction and design but also due to the bountiful gardens and views from every room. The pool area features a dive pool with resort style deck chairs and umbrella. There is also a spa and the pool has a wet edge to make you feel you are almost in the harbor.
The 3 downstairs bedrooms (or two and a study) all open to views and have air-conditioning.
The Pool house is an experience of its own. The room fully opens to the elements with shutters and sliding doors, a pleasure room has a steam room rain water shower dark slate style showers and a Japanese onsen which looks straight up the bay. One would need to leave this room alone! It is also possible to dive directly into the swimming pool through a gate in the room.
The media room has 5 overhead speakers and a lounge lizard style in built sofas to relax on. The room has a wood inlay and features many possible lighting combinations.
