About the property

Waking up in the light-filled master bedroom to panoramic views of Tamarama beach; watching ships go by, whales calving (seasonal), surfers and dolphins.

All while listening to Australian birdlife including Kookaburras. Welcome to Bronte Beach, Sydney Australia!

You are only a 5-10 minute walk to the sand. Take the locally famous stairs through the picturesque and newly preserved lush green Tamarama gully and parklands. After a swim or surf hit the beach volleyball nets. Or enjoy a latte or lunch at Sydney’s most loved beach café.

After a big morning at the beach, return home to this welcoming sandstone beach abode. Walking through the front gate past the front garden, dotted with succulents and cacti.

Step inside walk past the large study with garden outlook (can be a 5th bedroom) to the comforts of large open, skylight lit living spaces with white washed walls and blackbutt timber offset against natural European oak floors.

Stepping down into the main dining, kitchen and living space. A large gas fireplace welcomes with real flame. A large 8-10 seater dining table with overhead hanging Flos light installation.

A statement, tall standing fig (type) tree features in livingroom.

The open plan kitchen with beautiful, handmade white textured tiles, Miele double ovens and large Calcutta marble breakfast bar and lounge area all overlook Tamarama waters through floor to ceiling, sliding glass, Blackbutt timber framed doors.

Looking back inside from here a separate, upper-level living library with glass balustrade is in sight. Perfect for a young child’s play area. So, they too can feel part of the action while being supervised in their own space.

Enjoy the modern white lattice furniture and those beach views over the solar heated Enviroswim designer pool, outdoor custom built brass shower all under the canopy of a tall feature Phoenix palm.

Back indoors an industrial steel designer staircase with glass bottom landing will lead you to the top of those skylit ceilings. Which really are at the design heart of this home.

Creative detail is everywhere, making the home as intriguing, as it is liveable.

Art lovers will enjoy the colourful and curious curations throughout this home from famous local artists such as Aquabumps photographer Eugene Tan, celebrated Melbourne artist Miranda Skozcek, indigenous artwork to a fluro orange geometric wall sculpture by Dion Horstmans.
