Villa 3335 is an interconnected 6-bedroom luxury villa showcasing tropical Miami architecture, adorned in white with natural wood accents. Interiors feature dark green, grey and blue palettes. The villa offers a 12-seat dining table, showcase and wet kitchens, a breakfast island, separate living and entertainment spaces, a studio workspace, and an upstairs entertainment room.

The expansive pool, deck, and gardens offer ample space to relax and play.

• Villa have 18m swimming pools, each with a children’s shallow play area with a circuitous step seat around the edge for easy access and added comfort next to the sofa living area Adults can effortlessly supervise activities while sipping refreshing wines and cocktails.

• At the back of the villas are staff, storage, genset rooms, ample parking spaces for cars and scooters, and sliding gates for security.
• On the sundeck are eight loungers interspaced with shading umbrellas. Oversized vases separate the deck from the lawn, all surrounded by vibrant gardens.
• Outside the dining room, both villas feature versatile living spaces. One villa boasts sunken sofas poolside, while the other has natural wood settees and armchairs around a coffee table. These inviting spots provide perfect views across the pool, sun deck, lawns, and gardens while luxuriating in opulent comfort.
• Guests are greeted by a 12-seat dining table next to the breakfast island complemented by well-appointed designer and wet kitchens nearby.
