About the property

This quaint villa at Ronchi, in Tuscany's exclusive Versilia coastal region, 700 metres from the beach, was built by a pupil of the cult architect Frank Lloyd Wright and typifies the ethos of the Master's 'organic architecture' philosophy. Still owned by the notable Tuscan family who commissioned it in the 60s, the villa is located between the world-famous marble town of Carrara and the exclusive resort of Forte dei Marmi.

Versilia, protected by the majestic Apuan Alps (sheer mountains, thrilling ascents, incomparable panoramas) and graced by the crystal waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea (swimming, snorkelling, sailing, surfing, windsurfing and fishing), offers breathtaking shorelines and beaches, bustling quays and marinas and boulevards blooming with oleander and palm trees flanked by elegant stores and trattorias.
