The estate accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 ensuite bedrooms, including two grand master suites with private terraces — one with a fireplace, the other with its own plunge pool and study. Additional guest suites are appointed with king or twin beds, while several rooms feature two queen beds and sea-view terraces, making the property ideal for multi-generational families or larger groups.

Facilities are designed for both relaxation and celebration: a beachfront infinity pool that merges with the horizon, two jacuzzis, a fire pit, beach palapa, wine cellar with more than 1,500 bottles, private spa with sauna, Turkish bath, massage room, and Mexico’s first-ever snow room kept at −10 °C. From November to April, migrating whales can often be seen directly from the pool and oceanfront bedrooms.
