Villa 1550 is one of the finest homes in Mexico, the villa is a masterpiece of architectural and interior design, with its luxuriant and vibrant Mexican style! The villa is located right on the sandy shores of the Fatima Bay beach, Puerto Aventuras, Mexico.

The villa is the only beach front villa in the Riviera Maya with full size tennis court, state of the art ocean front gymnasium, ocean side putting greens and 9 magnificent suites plus den. The villa combines old style Hacienda with modern day luxury and service. The residence is perfect for family vacations, weddings, events and corporate retreats. For larger groups Villa 1550 may also be rented alongside Villa 1549 or Villa 1548 next door.

The first thing you see as you enter this magnificent villa is the full size private tennis court, look to the left and you will see a beautiful lime stone mural, the feather serpent, the Mayan god Kukulkan.

Walking under the arches of this magical court yard you will see an alcove with seating… spectators have a perfect birds eye view of tennis matches in progress! There is night lighting should the games continue after sun set.

Here you will also enjoy your favorite tunes on the surround sound system. From here you have a wet bar and a separate full bath.

Walking up the steps the main villa you will be mesmerized by the stunning views of the ocean and the enchanting courtyard with fountain. This area also has alfresco dining for 24 guests.

At night the courtyard is lit by lanterns creating a magical atmosphere. Look upwards and see the stars twinkling in the sky, perhaps you will be lucky and see a shooting star!

Off the courtyard on the north wing of the villa you have 2 sumptuous suites, one of which is beachside. Each suite has king bed and full bathroom. There is a gorgeous half bath with an amazing stone vanity. There is also a small office with desk, wireless internet and Vonage Telephone.

The Gourmet kitchen is beautiful!…colorful Talavera tiles, carved wooden furniture and hand painted chairs with Charros, the Mexican cowboys. Our Gourmet Chefs and Mexican cooks are on hand should you wish to sample local delicacies or more international fare.

The ocean front living room is wonderful, with hand painted ceiling, beautiful decorations, satellite TV and Ipod Dock. There is a gorgeous picture of an agave plantation. This area leads to the indoor dining bar area..mix your favorite cocktails.

From the open plan living area walk out to the terrace with outdoor dining and enjoy the glorious Caribbean! The villa has kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards for guests use.

On the upper level of the main villa are 4 luxurious suites, one of which is beach side, each suite has a king bed and full bathroom (suite 4, the games room may also be 2 twins on request).

There is also an incredible fully equipped beach front gymnasium!

• Off the courtyard on the north wing of the villa you have 2 sumptuous suites, one of which is beachside. Each suite has king bed and full bathroom. There is a gorgeous half bath with an amazing stone vanity. There is also a small office with desk, wireless internet and Vonage Telephone.
• On the upper level of the main villa are 4 luxurious suites, one of which is beach side, each suite has a king bed and full bathroom (suite 4, the games room may also be 2 twins on request).
• The Casita (little house) within the estate is above the villa entrance. Here you have suite 7, a king suite with ensuite bathroom and also the den (Suite 8). Suite 8 shares the bathroom with suite 7 and provides access to suite 7.
• The new South Wing of the villa, boasts 2 suites each with king bed and ensuite bath. One of the suites has partial ocean view and terrace.
• On the upper level of the main villa are 4 luxurious suites, one of which is beach side, each suite has a king bed and full bathroom (suite 4, the games room may also be 2 twins on request).
