This stunning villa is situated in the popular resort region of Puerto Aventuras, boasts four spacious bedrooms, a multi-level pool and fantastic ocean views. The villa features a rooftop entertaining area and expansive decks complete with a double chaise lounge and plenty of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the Mexican sunshine.

When you enter the villa you will find light and airy open plan living and dining areas that flow seamlessly to the outdoor terrace and beach beyond. The fully equipped chef's kitchen and grill area is perfect for entertaining and all the while taking in the ocean views.

There are four spacious bedrooms, a large master suite complete with an ensuite bathroom with large shower and walk-in wardrobe. From the master suite, you have access to the Jacuzzi on the deck. Three more bedrooms with ensuites are situated on the upper floor.

Upstairs there is a large media room with a large flat screen TV and huge comfortable couches, the living spaces all have views of the ocean and access to the rooftop bar.
