Communal areas: large kitchen and Lounge room. Large modern white kitchen with stone benchtop and stainless fixtures. Kitchen has all necessary equipment, such as: microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, cutlery, glasses, plates, coffee machine. Lounge room has fireplace, sofas, TV, table, is perfect for family meetings, friends’ celebrations, and conferences.

It has its own mooring line. Guests can reach it approximately 30 minutes boat trip from Sandspit Wharf, being a small coastal settlement approximately 5 kilometers east of the town of Warkworth being 40 minutes from Auckland via the Northern Motorway System. Access to island is available via the Kawau water taxi service.
