Rate  Inclusions, Fees and Minimum stays

• Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of 12 guests.
• A departure clean fee of NZ$600 applies
• Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay service with a full linen change
• Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 5-7 nights during peak periods.
