  • Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

  • A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and
  • A compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay.
  • Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay.
