Perched atop a secluded hill just minutes from the golden shores of Unawatuna and Talpe, Villa 1318 is a refined private villa where elevated design meets the tranquility of Sri Lanka's southern coast.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the estate offers an atmosphere of understated luxury, with a stunning infinity pool and a collection of beautifully appointed outdoor spaces for dining, lounging, and quiet reflection.

At its highest point, a dedicated hilltop yoga shala overlooks sweeping jungle canopies that stretch to the Indian Ocean, creating an unforgettable setting for sunrise practice, meditation, or simply taking in the panoramic views.

The accommodation comprises a colonnaded main house with three bedroom suites together with two further mini-villas offering additional family-style bedrooms.

The main house can sleep up to eight and together with the garden villas the property can accommodate up to fifteen plus two more on temporary beds which can be placed in any of the rooms. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and all the rooms/suites have ensuite shower rooms, some inside and some outside.

However, Villa 1318 is at its most comfortable and luxurious with eleven to thirteen guests.
