Built on private land right next to the Ping river, our fully staffed villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and consists of four bedrooms in the main house, two poolside bedrooms, a large comfortable lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas, guest kitchen, private gym, large swimming pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and a huge sala.

Fully Staffed & Ready To Help

Our villa manager will arrange and provide you with everything you need during your stay. From organising your bedrooms, your meals, your in-villa massages, through to your daytrip adventures and local transport. As your one-stop concierge, our villa manager can even organise your evenings out, a trip to a golf course or even a recommended restaurant!

Our chefs will provide you with some of the finest food you will eat during your trip. From awesome breakfasts and lunches, to fine dining evening meals, all prepared in our kitchen and cooked from freshly purchased local ingredients, and all served with a smile.

Our room maids make up the living areas and your bedrooms 'as new' every day, ensuring everything you need is in place.

All of the bedrooms are plush and well equipped. They vary in decor and character.

1. Groceries billed separately at cost plus service charge (paid at the villa).

2. We provide a chef service for breakfast only. If you need the private chef service for 2 or 3 meals a day, ie lunch and/or evening dinner, then an extra 1,200THB per/day applies (paid at the villa) to pay for chef attendance.

Guest Ages & Infants

We define guests as :

- Infants, under 3yrs old
- Children, 3yrs or older
- Adults, 18yrs or older

We allow up to 2 infants for free. Any more than that and an Extra Guest fee applies.

Airport Transfers

We can arrange airport transfers by providing a minivan with driver pickup service at approximately 1,500THB each, seating upto 12 guests. Note that your group's luggage requires space too, and may require an additional vehicle, at your cost.
