Baan Hinta Villa in Koh Samui is a newly completed beach front development that features two epic villas that are setting a new benchmark for architecture and interior creations on Samui. This masterpiece uniquely sits on a dramatic sloping site with a series of giant granite boulders cascading into the sea.

The villas have designs that incorporated these boulders, offering a perfect mix of nature and ultimate luxury. The dominant architecture feature of each villa is its iconic roof structures. Clad in cider shingles, the roofs rise and fall across the building, swooping up to provide dramatic lofty spaces over the main living areas then reducing to more intimate scale over the bedrooms.

There are a number of living areas and communal spaces, including a large living room, open kitchen, lounge sala or pool side terrace. These areas flow seamlessly into each other, and from indoor to outdoor. They are luxuriously proportioned and offer expansive views to the ocean ..

The villa is located conveniently in Lamai, with walking distance to many restaurants, shops, spas. The villa provides guests with a selection of water sports equipment, including wind surfboards, kayaks, paddle boards, Power dive snorkels, Bladefish water scudder and Seadoo jetski.

Services

• The resident villa staff will ensure the Baan Hinta Villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organise activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
• Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
• Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
• Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary
• On site Thai Chef (Thai cuisine and Western favourites) with shopping list available. Food cost on Guests account. Terms & Conditions may apply for chef service
• Concierge service for all tours and activities; private tours can also be arranged
