Villa 474 is a modern property situated on the beachfront in Bang Rak on the north-east coast of Koh Samui. Consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms in a walled environment, this villa has the benefit of great beachfront location and stunning views to neighbouring Koh Phan Ngan and also the convenience of vicinity to local restaurants, entertainment. The famous Chaweng Beach is only 10 minutes away.

The villa is set in a central area of the island with guests entering through the main gates of the home and faced with the unobstructed view across the sea to the adjacent islands. Walking into the inner courtyard, you will find the homes main kitchen/dining and living area.  The fully-equipped kitchen will certainly suit the cook in the party and with the large 8 seat dining table, all can be entertained. The villa is modern with every convenience, you’ll find the large plasma TV with DVD, satellite TV, and surround sound music system.

This living space is tastefully appointed with  bespoke chairs and sofas. Vaulted wooden ceilings are fitted with hidden air-conditioning as well as plantation fans. The open-plan kitchen comes complete with top-of-the-range SMEG appliances, including a coffee machine and a wine fridge, and a supersize island unit allows guests to gather for sociable cooking sessions or additionally we can organise Thai cooking lessons..

The lounge area with its comfy sofas provide stunning views over to the renowned golden Big Buddha and surrounding coast will help create the island getaway. Sun-seekers can move to the sun deck where the expansive infinity pool takes centre stage and is flanked by sunbeds, parasols, and plenty of outside chill spots, such as another dining table, couches, and a canopied ‘cuddle chair’ as well as a state-of the art BBQ.

As the villa is positioned higher than the beach, guests have spectacular views, yet passers-by don’t look directly into the villa.
