House Rules

• Noise Control: Outdoor noise allowed until 10 PM; after that, keep windows and doors closed to continue indoor activities
• Pets: Small pets allowed  If you are bringing your dogs or cats, please provide their bedding and litter boxes. Pets are not allowed on the beds or in the pool.
• No Smoking Indoors: A fine of 2,000 THB will be imposed for indoor smoking.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of 8,000 THB and one ID card or Passport are required upon check-in. These will be returned upon check-out.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property. Charges will be based on an itemized list provided at check-in.
• Early Check-In: Before 2 PM, 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability). Late Check-Out: After 11 AM, 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability).
• Kitchen Cleanliness: A fine of 1,000 THB will be imposed if kitchen appliances and utensils are not cleaned upon check-out.
  • Food Disposal: Please dispose of food waste in provided containers to prevent pests.
• Utility Outages: In case of power or water outages due to natural disasters or external public utility issues, the property cannot be held responsible as these are beyond our control.
