The 13 bedroom luxury villa in Patong, Phuket sleeps up to 26 adults + kids consist of two villas combination of modern and Thai style creates harmony and practicality, in a peaceful tropical setting within arm’s reach of Phuket’s famous attractions both north and south alike.

The staff will offer concierge services, light babysitting upon request such as watching the kids while parents quietly dine or at additional small cost staff will babysit until the late hours while parents go out. Nothing is too much for our guests, we do our best to understand the needs of each individual group and adapt as quickly as possible to their needs

Bedrooms

The First Villa - Eight Bedroom (Villa 4476)

• With 5 king size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (2 single beds each that can be pushed together to form one large bed), the villa offers complete flexibility to accommodate all group types.
• Three of the  king size bedrooms are located on the top level along with the cinema room. Each bedroom has its very own private bathroom (two of which include Jacuzzi bath and shower combined) and one with shower. Each bedroom has its own private balcony and sea views.
• On the main level, two more king size bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with combined bath and shower, the lounge which opens onto the pool area and another terrace with more sun chairs and private terrace nook with bright colored orange day bed. The indoor dining can host up to 16 adults and opens onto the pool area and fully equipped modern kitchen. This level also includes a toilet with shower.
• Below the pool area are two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, the office room with sofa bed, internet TV and desk for computer, this room connect to both bedrooms and has access to one of the bathrooms via a separate entrance.
• A few steps down from this area leads to the kid’s room and pool table room.

The Villas

• Two Swimming Pool
  • The private salt water chlorinated swimming pool is located on the villas main level and surrounded by a long wrap around terrace which leads from a king size bedroom to the main living room and indoor dining, kitchen and leading over to another bedroom.
  • The latest filtration system is used in the saltwater swimming pool which ensures high reliability and low maintenance. The private pool is set in the tropical garden with spectacular jungle and ocean views toward the Andaman Sea
• Two Living Room
  • A tropical view living room, with folding doors that allow the room to be totally opened, offers great views of Phuket lush tropical rain forest and private swimming pool.
  • Set at one end, the living room opens out to great views of the tropical rainforest and Patong Bay beyond.  It is surrounded by a large balcony with outdoor furniture providing an ideal location for entertaining friends and family.
• Two Kitchen
  • The Villa boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stoves & ovens, electric cooker hood over a center island design with plenty of equipment cabinets. You will find all the conveniences and utensils to which you are accustomed.
  • The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern amenities including fridge, microwave, ovens, stoves, coffee maker and equipment cabinets with all the utensils you need.
