Inclusions and services

• The rate includes exclusive use of the entire villa, five bedrooms with king-size beds, a private 20-metre swimming pool and garden, private cinema room, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and parking.
  
• Daily cleaning: Daily cleaning is not included. As this is an 11-night stay, one complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included.
• Additional basic cleaning can be arranged at THB 800 per service for Lux Pride or THB 1,000 per service for Clover Villa.
• Fresh linen and towel replacement can be arranged together with cleaning at an additional THB 500 per bedroom.
• Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is included.
• Electricity: Not included and charged according to actual meter usage at THB 7 per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out.
• Staff: These are private residential villas, so there is no full-time live-in or on-site staff. Our local operations team will remain available by phone and WhatsApp throughout the stay
