• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session
• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge
• A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs
• No pets allowed
• All bookings are assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only. No parties, loud music, firework allowed
