Discover an idyllic haven at Villa 3158, an exquisite five-bedroom property located in the exclusive estate between Seseh and Pererenan Beach. Built into the contours of the land, this ocean-facing villa comprises two buildings linked by a single-storey wantilan-style pavilion. Wake up to the sound of the waves and the mesmerising sight of the horizon.
Bordered by a fish pond, the wantilan pavilion is fashioned in the architectural style of a Balinese village. Its open-face living area features antique-style Javanese floor tiles, and a soaring roof supported by wooden pillars. The villa’s eclectic living room is furnished with plush sofas, armchairs and an ottoman, and accompanied by a sleek bar with a mirrored facade. Its wide balcony overlooks the estuary and a 10-seater dining room that opens out onto the pool deck and a lawn that extends down to the beach.
Enjoy al fresco dining with an outdoor table for 10 and a barbecue area by the pool. Swim in the 20m infinity pool, lounge on a round daybed and watch the skies turn from cerulean blue to splendid sunset hues. Kids get to enjoy a shallow pool area, while parents can watch over them in the relaxation pavilion nearby. Pick a book from the villa’s library, play a round of table tennis, or head to the estate’s shared tennis court with your travel companions. Or simply relax in your own bedroom or at any of the many relaxation areas here.
Bedroom
Each bedroom has a balcony or terrace with mesmerising views, a walk-in dressing room, a king or queen bed, and a smart TV. All five ensuite bathrooms are each fitted with a powerful rainshower and a bathtub, and individually styled with tactile materials ranging from bamboo and stacked slate to marble and timber. Three bathrooms feature indoor-outdoor designs reminiscent of a tropical spa.
The villa has two master suites; one of which is located on the upper floor, and has its own open-sided sitting room, bedroom, ensuite and private massage area. A second master suite is located on the ground level, opening onto a covered garden terrace that looks directly over the ocean.

- Capacity: The entire villa can accomodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests (extra charge).
- Living areas: The villa has an open, indoor living area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The enclosed air-conditioned dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area. There’s also an outdoor seating area near the pool and the manicured lawn. Lots of seating areas near the pool overlooking the ocean. The indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 10 guests. There is another dining area outside that can also seat up to 10.
- Pool: 20m x 5m x 2m chlorinated pool; 3m x 4m x 0.6m kid's pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are ten lounge chairs and seven pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
- Spa: Yoga mats are available on request and yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). There are 2 yoga mats and massage beds available for guests' use.
- Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.
- Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout with 42" TV and satellite TV with local and international channels in each bedroom, Harman Kardon Sound System, table tennis, and backgammon. The library is well-stocked with books, games, and jigsaw puzzles. Shared facilities at the estate include a tennis court with night lighting. Four tennis rackets and tennis balls are available (shared among the 3 villas).
- Wifi: Complimentary WiFi internet access.
- Staff: Villa Manager, butlers, chefs and cooks, housekeepers, gardener, pool maintenance, drivers, and security.
- Additional facilities: The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, food processor, ice cream maker, sandwich maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, BBQ, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and wine glasses. For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a back-up generator, fire extinguisher, and fire blankets. Wake-up calls are available upon request. Iron and ironing board are available on request.
