Upon arriving at the gates of the estate by a private waterway emerging from the ocean. Here, you will find one of the largest private aquariums in the world, irrigated directly by the ocean. Young and old alike can admire tropical marine species, day and night.

The atmosphere of the estate, created through its materials, scents and volumes, will invite you to serenity and relaxation. This Polynesian refuge is a friendly, tranquil space surrounded by rich, abundant flora. From the lagoon to the planted shores of Naupata, from the conservation of all the remarkable trees on the Motu to the irrigation of certain areas by flowing water directly from the ocean. Noam Bora Bora is available exclusively for private rental. The property is rented as a whole and comes fully staffed with villa manager, chef, concierge and housekeeping services included. Under specific request additionnal personnel can be available to provide various services.

The entire villa is equipped with a home automation system that controls indoor and outdoor music, air conditioning throughout all areas, ceiling fans, and lighting. The property is fully covered by high-speed internet.
