The Villas

• Villa 51491 is nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and boasts a private fully-fenced yard the size of a small park.  There is a large undercover outdoor entertaining deck with family size bbq, featuring beautiful timber bi-fold doors, is perfect for creating the effortless flow of indoor/outdoor entertaining.
• The heated mineral plunge pool is located off the entertainment deck for easy access and supervision.
• Featuring a family size barbecue, entertaining is made casual and easy!
• The kitchen is an entertainer’s delight featuring top quality appliances, including a large seven-burner gas cooktop and oversized oven.
• Villa 51491 is fully wheelchair friendly with ramps around the house and a disabled bathroom.
• The sprawling lush lawn is fully-fenced and pet-friendly, small well-behaved dogs are considered.

Bedrooms

• There are three bedrooms with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
• The spacious Master Suite featuring a king bed has a luxury ensuite (with bath), walk in robe and an outdoor day bed on the private deck.
• The second bedroom also has a king bed plus a private deck with day bed.
• The third bedroom has a king bed (note: the king can be split as 2 single bed option and must be requested at time of booking, additional charge applies).
• Bedroom two and three share the large second bathroom.
