• The popular Shuk’s cafe and bakery are nearby or head into Bondi for its thriving cafe culture, famous eateries and bars and plenty of boutiques.
• Other drawcards include North Bondi Children’s Pool and Bondi Beach playground for kids, the markets at the weekend, volleyball on the beach and nearby golf courses, as well as some stunning coastal walks.
• Transport to Westfield at Bondi Junction for some retail therapy and to the city are close at hand.

• A $3,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
• Strictly No parties. $5000 Penalty (refer to terms and conditions).
• Minimum age requirement of 28 years. No groups. No schoolies. No Hens or Bucks groups.
• No smoking inside the house or anywhere within the premises.
• Pets are allowed after approval.
• Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported.
• If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
• Guests staying at this home are required to adhere to the NSW Code of Conduct.
