• Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested and subject to weather conditions
• Pool heating is not available from November to April

Policy of the estate:

• (a) only transfers arranged through the estate team are allowed
• (b) we strongly suggest all guests to have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside the estate, kindly note that sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the white gravel roads;
• (c) Extra services and activities: the Agency and the Guest acknowledge and accept that whatsoever service (e.g. catering, cooking, transfers, etc.)  during their stay and/or to the property can only be provided by or through the estate and undertake to refrain from asking and/or buying services from third party providers/persons;
• (d) Services/activities must be booked in advance as the estate cannot guaranteed availability if booked last minute;
• (e) The welcoming service is intended for key collection and explanation of the villas, please note that multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted;
• (f) Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day, to be confirmed with the Concierge. Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of €200 plus VAT 22%. In any case a check in after midnight cannot be provided; Check-out is by 10:00 am.
