• Morning housekeeping service: 1 staff member for 4 hours per day, 3 days per week (Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday) from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
• Linen change: Bathroom and pool linen are changed on changeover day (Saturday), as well as on Monday and Wednesday.
• Estate management: The Estate Manager will reset indoor and outdoor areas six days per week.
• Utilities: Electricity (when used) and gas (for heating, when used) are included.
• Taxes: A 22% VAT will be applied to all services and utilities not included in the rental rate.
