The Villa

• Beach
  • The villa is located directly by the sea and offers private access to the beach, which is shared only by neighbouring villas.
  • As a result, there is an exceptional sense of tranquillity and intimacy - unlike the busy tourist resorts.
  • The beach is ideal for morning barefoot walks in the sand, a refreshing swim or an evening by the sea.
  • As it is a secluded and quiet area, you will only meet guests from the surrounding villas, so you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of a tropical paradise without distractions.
• Swimming Pool, Pool Bar and Garden
  • At the heart of the villa's exterior is a long infinity pool overlooking the sea - perfect for refreshing morning swims and carefree water games with the kids. 
    • The pool extends across the front of the property, flanked by rooms on one side and a pool bar on the other.
    • Seats have been created right in the pool, so you can enjoy a drink without having to leave the water.
  • The garden that surrounds the entire space is its own little tropical world. 
    • Colourful, vibrant and constantly surprising - each step reveals a different plant, palm or flower, so walking through it is like discovering new corners all the time.
  • Right by the pool is our unique covered pool bar, which offers two seating options:
    • Right in the pool - guests can enjoy their favourite drink without leaving the water. This experience is extremely popular with visitors and adds the right exotic touch to the holiday.
    • In the shelter behind the bar - comfortable seating in the shade, a large fridge, sink, coffee maker and basic equipment for preparing drinks.
    • The pool bar is the ideal place for refreshing drinks, fresh coconuts but also fragrant coffee.
    • The bar also includes a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, so you can have everything at hand without having to leave the pool.
• Thai Sala
  • Between the main building and the pool is the traditional Thai Sala - an airy gazebo with a roof and open walls, which is the natural heart of the communal moments.
  • Its comfortable seating makes it an ideal place to:
    • Evening conversations over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine,
    • board games and cards,
    • relaxing on hot days in the pleasant shade.
  • In case of rain or wind, the Sala is easily closed with transparent blinds, so guests can enjoy their time together in any weather.
• Spa Room, Gym
  • On the ground floor at the rear of the villa, you will find a peaceful SPA room where you can enjoy an authentic traditional Thai massage in the privacy and comfort of your villa.
  • For guests who like to maintain an active lifestyle while on holiday, the villa offers its own fitness room with basic equipment. Here you will find:
    • Exercise machines for cardio and strength training,
    • Dumbbells and free weights,
    • Plenty of space for stretching or yoga.
• Kitchen and Living area
  • On the first floor of the main building is the largest common area of the villa - a bright and airy room that connects the fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable living room.
  • Here guests will find everything they need for both cooking together and enjoyable get-togethers: a modern kitchen, a large dining table and a spacious L-shaped sofa with TV, ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea.
  • Wide glass doors surround the entire space, creating an open feel and connecting the interior to the outdoors.
  • But when guests crave complete comfort, just draw the curtains and the room transforms into an air-conditioned, quiet retreat - with both fans and cooling, just right.
  • This shared space is a place where life is lived - where cooking is done, conversations are had, trips are planned and memories are made.
• Bedrooms
  • Three separate rooms along the pool - elegant rooms with romantic canopy, ceiling fan and direct access to the pool. One of them boasts a unique view - you can already see the turquoise sea and the beach from your bed - the master bedroom by the beach.
  • Two bedrooms in the main house on the ground floor - ideal for families or guests who prefer the proximity of the common areas.
  • Each room is equipped with:
    • Large king size bed,
    • En-suite bathroom,
    • Towels, bath towels and toiletries,
    • Air conditioning and ceiling fan (in pool rooms),
    • 32-inch high definition flat screen TV, DVD player, safe and fridge.
